    We currently ship packaging materials within Malaysia. Please check our shipping zones at checkout to confirm availability.
  2. Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated accordingly.
  3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

    We partner with reputable carriers such as PosLaju, J&T Express, DHL, and GDex to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.
  2. Order Tracking
    Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your package through our carrier’s website.
  3. Shipping Delays
    We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at signature-scent@outlook.com.
  4. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

For lost or missing packages, contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations can only be made before it is processed. Contact us immediately for assistance.
